It is a detached former farmhouse. located between brook and hill on a dead end road. The house has 4 levels. of which three are in use. Haus Rennsteig is heated with a wood-fired boiler. The bedrooms are on the first floor. There are five spacious bedrooms. with wonderful beds. In the long hallway with bedrooms you can sense the nostalgia of the house. There is also a bathroom with shower. two sinks and a toilet. The lower floor is the cellar. There is an extra toilet. the boiler and a washing machine. You can also store your skis. bicycle or Nordic walking set there. The uppermost floor consists of a living room. kitchen with an oven. dishwasher. microwave. senseo coffee machine and kettle. Both rooms have a view of the village. This floor also has a spacious dining room (play room) with a view of the mountain. The upper floor also has a great deal of atmosphere. It is a cosy house. whether you are holidaying with 2 or 10 people. Then there is the garden. which is accessible from the cellar. The house stands on an 800 m2 plot. You can sit out under the fruit trees. There is also a barbeque for you to use. The home is located on the edge of the village in the middle of a valley 600 metres in elevation against the edge of the forest. From the house you can walk or cross country ski into the forest and take the most beautiful excursions.
