The building has a living space of no less than 1000m2. It is on a spacious plot of land with an excellent view of Auerbach. Very good situated for a wintersport holiday near the skiarea Schöneck and Klingenthal. The ground floor contains a comfortable bar/lounge. a play area with pool table and air hockey.

There is also a spacious dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a number of ovens and fridges. A medium sized group can book this eight bedrooms on the first floor.
