This modern villa is located in the fisherman village Carvoeiro, at 1km of the beach. The villa comprises three different living areas, with several, partially covered terraces. You enter the house on the top floor, which has a master bathroom with ensuite bathroom and a roof terrace.

One floor down you’ll find a living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This floor gives you access to the with mosaics tiled swimming pool. Relax on the sun beds, in the lounge- and dining area on the extensive sun terrace or in the swimming pool.

The original Portuguese barbecue is perfect for preparing fresh fish. Children have their own space in the lower part of the villa, with a children’s bedroom, bathroom and an entertaining room that will also attract the “grown-up’s”. You can play table football, video games, watch DVD’s etc. From here you can also easily reach the child friendly courtyard.

The lively centre of Carvoeiro is within walking distance of the villa.
Several water sports can be practised in the surrounding area, and golf lovers can pay a visit to for example the golf courses of Vale do Milho Golf and Pestana Vale da Pinta.
This villa is the perfect starting place to discover the Algarve. Cabo de São Vincente, the wildest, most south-western part of Europe is an hour and 15 minutes drive away.
