A holiday home on top of a hill, in a secluded and quiet location, 500m above sea level and 5km from Montaione. This 200m² accommodation is part of a farmhouse on a estate of 105ha with oaks chestnut trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

It contains a kitchen with oven, living/dining room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace and four additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

There is a shared garden and a private patio with BBQ facilities. When in season (May-Oct), there is an outdoor swimming pool of 15x10m available as well.

From the parking lot is a path to the forest. After 5 km of footpaths on the estate you come to the hunting reserve with deer and pheasants and also to the vineyards and olive trees, a fish pond and a restaurant.

This holiday home is 39 km from Peretola Airport in Florence.
