This property is the country side in the upper village about 4 km from center of Willingen (Rattlar). It has a spacious living room with internet access (WiFi), a sitting area with flat screen LED TV.

This accommodation is good for 6 people and is situated on the second floor. It features 3 bedrooms, a bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen which has an authentic German dining area which includes an oven, electric hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and crockery, glasses and cutlery. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (2m wide and 2.20m long) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a sofa bed (for 2 children). The third room has two single beds.

The apartment has a private terrace (45m2) with garden furniture and a view of the natural surroundings. Pets are welcome, if properly trained and cause. There is an easily accessible meadows, forests and mountain heaths with a rich flora and fauna. Throughout the year the area is a walker's paradise by including a Nordic walking network. It is also a nice mountain area with 250km of well-signposted trails.

In winter, the two ski lifts Usseln be used. These are almost on the doorstep. Material for both downhill and cross country is anywhere near to rent. For both beginners and advanced skiers there are plenty of opportunities Willingen has a famous ski jump where the matches to the World Cup will be organized. The ski resort of Willingen has over 50 skikanonnen, which makes the area pretty snow. Once it freezes, is continuously made snow. Furthermore, it is well-known ski resort in Winterberg half an hour drive away. From the house there is a direct connection to the vast ski area with well groomed trails. In the vicinity are several indoor pools. Especially the lovely Aqua Park with the lagoons Erlebnisbad in Willingen is a must. For surfing, sailing, fishing and diving offers the nearby Diemelsee outcome. Here are all the facilities. Favorite summer activities in this region are paragliding, golf, climbing, mountain biking, Mountain Boarding, Nordic walking, hiking, swimming, for example in a pool or Diemelsee. In winter the region Boedt many opportunities for skiing, cross country skiing, (snowshoe) hiking, sledding and tobogganing, skating and making horse-drawn sleigh.
