Situated a 15-minute drive from Afissos Beach and Koropi Beach, the traditionally built Archontiko Katerina in the protected settlement of Vizitsa, offers romantic-style rooms with panoramic views to the Pagasetic Gulf and Mt Pelion. Rooms at the Archontiko Katerina have handmade lace curtains, carved beech furnishings, anatomic mattresses, wooden, hand-carved ceilings and awarded handmade embroideries. The rich buffet breakfast includes a variety of homemade flavours such as 10 different homemade jams prepared with local fruit, local eggs and chocolate cake, while the owner also prepares different types of pies every day. It is prepared daily with fresh products and organic olive oil by the owner, who has won a culinary award.
