It has 73.000 m2 of green area, in addition to complete infrastructure of recreation: outdoor stage, sports courts, playground, grills, ecological trails, gazebo and parking. In the forest, it was sought to rescue the history not only of Fazendinha with its trail, where travelers traveled between São José dos Pinhais and Campos Gerais, but also of the colonization of the neighborhood by the Klemtz family. The chimney of a pottery, founded at the end of last century by an ancestor of this family, Francisco, remains the landmark of the region and its house, built in neoclassical style in 1896, was restored by the city hall to house the Municipal Child Registry.
