Situated in the middle of the Sauerland region, within the town of Schmallenberg, you find the small village of Gellinghausen and the rural guesthouse "Gasthof Zwilling".
All are welcome at our family-run guesthouse: hikers, cyclists, winter sports fans and families. For generations, the well-being of our guests has been our main priority. Numerous regular customers have treasured our rustic guesthouse for years.
Gellinghausen belongs to the holiday resort of Bödefeld and offers a wealth of day trip destinations, leisure facilities and activities. Winterberg is 20 km away. The Sauerland area around Schmallenberg is particularly appealing to hikers, and offers paths of varying difficulty. There are numerous peaks from which you can savour the beauty of this “land of a thousand mountains”. Our guesthouse is located close to the Hunau region and not far from the Rothaarsteig hiking trail.
Owing to the widespread use of snow cannons, the nearby skiing areas can be enjoyed during your stay. The guesthouse's facilities include a bowling alley, a patio which accommodates 50 people, a barbecue area with a small hut, a trout pond (1 kilometre away), and conference rooms for 15 - 40 delegates.
