Haus Pia is just 200 metres from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car and a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Sölden. The spacious and modern apartments include a balcony. Free private parking is available on site. A 10% discount on the admission to the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa, located 13.9 km away, is offered and tickets can be bought on site.

A cross-country skiing trail is right next to the Haus Pia. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking in the surrounding Ötztal Alps. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from beginning of June to beginning of October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits.
