It has a living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and exit to the patio and the swimming pool. One room with one french bed (135 cm). One room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air-conditioning and fan. Kitchen-living room with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine, steamer and dining table. Bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet. Separate toilet. Warm air heating.
House features a terrace of 300 m2 with terrace furniture, garden with artificial lawn 50 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.06.-30.09.), outside shower, table tennis, basketball and panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the river. General facilities include washing machine, iron, cot, WiFi internet access and garage in the grounds for 2 cars. Wood is extra.
Tajos del rio Cacin are 4 km away with rock climbing possible. Bermejales reservoir with water sports is 9 km, restaurant 300 m and the bus stop 200 m away.
