Beautiful “Landhaus Leogang” is located immediately out of the centre of the charming town centre with a fantastic view of the Leogang Stone Mountains. The luxuriously furnished villa consists of 2 separate spacious holiday homes. which each have their own entrance. You will have the apartment of 75 m2 on the first floor all to yourself and also have a large balcony. which is accessible from the living room/kitchen as well as from the bedroom. and which has a wonderful mountain view. Naturally you also have the sunny garden as well as a small children’s playground. Your accommodation has a large top equipped kitchen. microwave. electric hob. naturally with a Nespresso coffee machine. a charming large round dining nook. flat screen TV with cable connection. DVD player and compact stereo system (including MP3 and iPhone docking station). The 2 individually furnished bedrooms also have compact stereos (as in the kitchen) and offer an optimal rest and relaxation space for you. There is also a large bathroom with two sinks. a corner bathtub and shower cabin with a separate WC. In the washroom you will find a high quality washing machine with dryer and an ironing station.The new wellness space. which you share with the guests in the apartment on the ground floor. has an infrared cabin for 4 persons as well as a steam cabin shower. Naturally. there’s also a Nespresso machine next to the cheery relaxation lounges. The common double garage can be used by all guests. The ski closet is directly next to it.In the winter. the ski bus departs every few minutes to the famous ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang from a stop about 300 metres from the house. You can ski right back to about 300 m from the house. You can reach the village itself in a few minutes on foot. At the other times of year. Leogang is one of the most popular spring. summer and autumn regions in Austria due to its many activities. Leogang is a favourite destination for mountain bikers. summer sun seekers. walkers. glacier skiers. paragliders. riders and dalliers.
