The small balcony provides sun in the morning hours. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and dishwasher. The apartment features premium furniture, a king-size waterbed in the bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The nearby parks and Gohlis art déco district are great for walks, sports and excursions. Public parking is available within short walking distance. There is also a small bakery on the ground floor as well as a supermarket (open 07:30 until 22:00 from Mondays to Saturdays) with a fine selection of regional products, just a 2-minute walk down the road.
Visitors interested in culture and concerts will reach the historical market square, the opera, the Gewandhaus as well as the St. Nicholas & St. Thomas churches on foot or in a short tram ride. The Leipzig Trade Fair is 16 minutes away by tram.
